Romar Global Care, a manufacturer of perfumery and cleaning products, has acquired a majority stake in the British company Purity Global, which specializes in products for automatic dishwashers and specific laundry care.
The acquired company is well-established in the British market, where it ranks third in the automatic dishwasher product category.
